SKM Youth Cell intensifies youth interaction cum active youth body formation in West District. As such the youth cell held its meeting at Singling under Soreng Chakhung Constituency. 

The meeting was graced by Chief Youth Co-ordinator Lakpa Moktan, Vice Co-ordinator Sonam Pintso Bhutia, General Secretary Youth Sahdev Sharma, Youth Secretary Khagendra Mohra, General Secretary Youth (West) Pujan Rai, Vice-Convener (West) Avinash Sawdens, CLC President Binod Basnet and participated by large numbers of youths. 

During the meet four families from Karthok Bojek GPU Ward no-1 under Soreng-Chakung Constituency joined to Sikkim Kantikari Morcha Party from SDF party. They are Moti Hang Rai, Arjun Subba, Sanjay Rai and Aaita Hang Subba.

Speakers in the meet outburst against recent remark of Chief Minister Pawan Chamling on SKM youth welcoming to join SDF party, SKM youth leader stated "Pawan Kumar Chamling used to call SKM Youths as 'Gunda/Rowdies/Druggists and all nonsense words. It is irony that now Pawan Chamling wants same SKM youths to join his party. Youth leaders reminded CM that SKM youths are not that cheap to accept his invitation. We may be struggling with personal problems , but we are dedicated to serve our motherland and sincere towards our mission. We are sticked towards our ideology and we don't posses a character of changing our doctrine alike CM alters his statements."

"We don't want to join the organization where its members only intention is to earn out of corruption, where leaders are limited upto percentage and commission from every developmental work, an organization function on hero worship and command of one man, where democracy within organization is zero."

"Mr. Pawan Chamling if you call yourself a sincere politician than first invite CBI to Sikkim and allow investigation of your regime and let CBI give 'clean chit' to your regime. Than SKM, Youths may think of joining to your side." ; SKM youth gives an open challenge to CM.

"We know that you desperately want to safeguard your power and position until your last breath. Even so, let us remind Pawan Chamling that his end days are approaching nearer. This may be good sense of Pawan Chamling of not having dedicated youths within SDF and by seeing selfless,  dedicated youths in SKM ; his frustration grew to give open invitation to youths of SKM. This reflects that Pawan Chamling don't hold any ideology based politics but what he want is to live in power for whole life, which is a clean sign of an ultimate dictator."

Similarly , Youth Cell also organised it's meeting at Thambong Ward No. 4 of Daramdin Constituency which was attended by Vice President Shri MN Sherpa , CLC President Tika Subba ,Amar Subba, D.R. Koirala, Nari Convener Mingma Lhamu Sherpa and large numbers of active youths from the Constituency. In this meet total 154 active youths were inducted into Constituency Level Active Youth body for Daramdin Constituency.
