Opening Ceremony
In the opening ceremony of the Red Panda Winter Carnival set up at Palzor Stadium, Gangtok, the great music maestro, A R Rahman was declared as the Brand Ambassador of SIkkim by Hon'ble Chief Minister, Shri Pawan Chamling. Rahman heartily accepted the ambassadorship and also gave his greetings to the state of Sikkim.
