The rebel leader and former minister R.B Subba in a short function held today at his residence today met the persons who had fought in recently concluded panchayat election as independent candidates.
The minister congratulated the winning independent candidates and urged others who faced defeats in the election to keep alive the fighting spirit for betterment of Sikkim and the sikkimese people.
