Renowned Director and Actor of Nepali Film Industry Shri Tulshi Ghimirey and Versatile singer Mrs Heera Rasaily were honoured and felicitated in a musical night organized at Manan Kendra on the auspicious occasion of 126th Birth Anniversary of Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar, this evening.
Hon`ble Governor of Sikkim Shri Sriniwas Patil handedover prestigious award to Mr. Tulsi Ghimirey and Smt.Heera Rasaily in presence of Minister for Tourism and Civil Aviation Mr. Ugen T. Gyatso Bhutia, Chairman of celebration committee Minister Mr. Arjun Kumar Ghatani and the dignitaries.
